Hello, I’m Mine, the ceramic artist behind Blue Fern Ceramics. I am a self-taught maker working from my home studio in Arlington Heights, Illinois, where every piece is shaped, finished, glazed and fired.

My practice is rooted in small-batch production and slow making. Working this way allows me to stay closely connected to each piece while minimizing waste and being mindful of my environmental impact. I fire only what I truly love and believe to be both functional and lasting.

I believe the small things we reach for every day; a mug, a bowl, a simple vessel have the power to shape our routines and bring a sense of balance and calm. Through Blue Fern Ceramics, my goal is to create those thoughtful, meaningful objects that gently become part of your daily life.
